- Shot-type coverage — standing, off-dribble, fades, no-dips, stick
- Patch survival — days of usable play after a 2K update
- Update cadence — weekly is the benchmark
- Setup burden — plug-and-play or manual tuning
- Platform support — PS5, Xbox, PC
- Support speed — minutes, not days
- Review base — volume *and* recency, verified purchases
- Community — where troubleshooting actually happens
- Price per usable day — not sticker price
